• Action Plan - Once we have a good understanding of what ideally you are looking for we will then help by ensuring your CV is well presented for the type of roles you are looking at. We will then begin to identify potential positions and clients that can offer what you are looking for.
• CV Distribution - This will not be a case of just sending your CV to every client we know, your CV will be sent to clients which have been professionally hand picked from experienced consultants based on what you are looking for. Whether they are actively looking to recruit or not at that time we will ensure your CV is there.
• Preparation - Once we have managed to secure you an interview we will then ensure we do everything help you prepare the best you can. We understand interviews don't happen everyday and can be a scary thought, so we will coach you through the whole process with techniques and tips. We will also ensure that you have all the information you will need for the role and who you will be meeting with.
• Job Offers - Greatway's aim is for our candidate to be delighted with the job offer they get. So if there are any negotiating which needs taking place we will ensure this is done for you in a professional manor.
